Roebuck has career-night, but Wave falls to Trojans
DEERFIELD, Ill. – Germaine Roebuck (SR/Champaign, Ill. ) was nearly unstoppable on Saturday, Dec. 7 when the Calumet College of St. Joseph men's basketball team took on Trinity International University (Ill.) in Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference action. Roebuck pumped in a career-high 35 points – including going 6-of-7 from behind the arc – and pulled in a team-leading 14 rebounds, but it was not enough to lift the Wave to a victory over the Trojans, falling 100-93. Levi Jackson (JR/Indianapolis, Ind.) and Dylan Hill (FR/Chicago, Ill. ) each hit season-high marks in scoring with 17 and 15, respectively.
