Pureco signs with Crimson Wave Men's Volleyball

Whiting, IN – The Calumet College of St. Joseph men's volleyball program have signed libero Daniel Pureco for the upcoming 2026-27 season. 

Pureco, of J. Sterling Morton West High School, hasn't decided on what he'll major in at CCSJ. He indeed chose Calumet College because, "the coaching staff really believed in me and the guys on the team now were really welcoming towards me. I can tell they are very cool, dedicated guys that work hard."

The Berwyn, Illinois native is looking forward to playing with the team and making memories with new people.

At J. Sterling Morton West High School, Pureco played football, volleyball, and was on the wrestling and track and field team.
