WILMORE, Ky. – After opening the season with a win and a tie, the Calumet College of St. Joseph softball team ran into a strong Asbury University (Ky.) team on Saturday, Feb. 22. The Eagles used back-to-back three run innings early to come away with a 12-4 win in the opener and followed it up with an 8-0 win in the nightcap. Cayla Rokosz connected for her first home run of the season to lead the Wave in game one, knocking in two runs. Grace Elrod was a perfect 2-for-2 in game two to lead the offense.
