Anderson signs with Crimson Wave Softball for 2024-25 season

Whiting, IN – Calumet College of St. Joseph Softball signed utility player Ruby-Mae Anderson to the incoming class for the 2024-25 season. 

Anderson, of Longmont High School, plans on majoring in Business and chose CCSJ because "I love the coaches and the small school," Anderson said. She also mentioned that she is looking forward to "meeting new people and accelerating in the minor business."

While at Longmont High School, Anderson maintained a 3.3 GPA while becoming a two-time winner of the Academic Letter Award as well as being awarded the Art Show Winner in LaunchEd. As for her softball career at Longmont, Anderson was a four-year varsity starter. She was named all-conference three times, was recognized as team captain twice and was named athlete of the year twice.
