CCSJ Softball signs Portage's Krenkel

Portage, IN – The Calumet College of St. Joseph softball program have signed Abigale Krenkel to the incoming class for the 2025-26 season.

Krenkel, a 5'10 catcher/utility player from Portage High School, plans on majoring in Kinesiology and chose CCSJ because of, "the welcoming environment and the highly recommended kinesiology program."

At Portage, the four-year scholar athlete ranked 20^th academically in her graduating class. Now entering college, she is looking forward to becoming a part of the softball family and meeting new people.
